The plans are tailor-made for the dimensions of your company, regardless of what percentage employees it's. We serve companies with 03 (three) or more people with an equivalent efficiency and quality in commission. The plans are presented below.
Size I (Companies with 3 to fifteen beneficiaries): no shortages for consultations and little examinations / 60 days for medium examinations / 180 days for giant examinations, hospitalizations and surgeries. 300 days for deliveries / 730 days for pre-existing illnesses or injuries for surgical purposes or highly complex exams.
Size II (Companies with 16 to 29 beneficiaries): no shortages for consultations and little and medium-sized examinations / 180 days for giant examinations, hospitalizations and surgeries. 300 days for deliveries / 730 days for pre-existing illnesses or injuries for surgical purposes or highly complex exams.
Size III (Companies with 30 to 99 beneficiaries): special condition for workers and their legal dependents, with ZERO deficiencies for everything, even for preterm births and illnesses or injuries.
The following could also be included within the contract: owner, partners, employees and their dependents or consanguineous. sorts of dependents and consanguines (up to 43 years old): children, siblings, parents, stepchildren, grandchildren, spouses and nephews up to 18 years old. Proof of residence.
Beneficiaries:
RG and CPF or Driver's License;
Minor Birth Certificate;
Marriage Certificate or Marital Convivial Declaration for spouses.
